Standaard Methode voor MES selectie
In deze op MESA white papers (mesa.org) gebaseerde selectie methode wordt in zo kort mogelijke tijd naar een short list van 3 mogelijke oplossing gegaan. Met deze 3 oplossingen wordt een uitgebreidere evaluatie gedaan. In dit verhaal zal het keuze proces toegelicht worden zoals wij dat al meer dan 15 jaar doen. Hierbij zullen accenten gelegd worden op de financiële onderbouwing en verander management. Deze zijn niet alleen onderdeel van de selectie, maar van een ‘verbeter cirkel’.
